rank kids

i feel like there should be more then just having to get to level 30 to play ranked, yes i might not be the greatest, im not the worse either, but i mean im getting paired with people who just drag me down and make me loose, its really sad cause i feel like i have a lot more potential, then bronze but because of the people im getting paired with and constantly feeding im no able to get out of this low elo, maybe like a certain amount of win/takedowns, should unlock the rank mode, say like 500 wins in normals, instead of being level 30......... im most likely the only one who feels like this, but riot i would love for you to look into the requirements of being able to play ranked
