Optional MMR reset and All for One game mode

I feel like LoL needs to bring back all for one because the game to me is getting more upsetting than it is fun. I also think there should be n optional MMR reset granted to players that must be used within a 3 day limit and then its gone for good. The reason I think the game is so upsetting is because as far as I know the players you get matched with is based off of MMR (Match Made Rating), but the thing about that is people lost a lot of games when they were learning to play the game and sure some more than others but for those hat have gotten much better over time there is really nothing they can do because of the teammates they get. Ranked is also upsetting for the same reason, people cant get out of the poorer leagues (bronze and silver) because their team feeds or their teammates just aren't up to par. Twisted tree line and dominion are one sided in all reality because if one team has tanks on twisted they're almost certainly going to win or in dominion if you get down by maybe 50 points there is realistically no coming back. Aram is still quite entertaining but for how long is the question. A lot of the time people play Aram to get away from the upsets of the other modes or to try thing you don't normally see in normals etc. An optional MMR reset would be great because for the good people they keep what they have, the people that got better aren't completely hopeless for getting into good leagues, and the poor players are stuck back where they began. All for One would also add a twist to the game because it was fun. I don't remember being irritated a single match of All for One and its different from what there currently is to play.
