Once again I say why can't we have more maps to choose from? Are they really that hard to create and implement? This is not a graphics intensive game. Maps give variety and make the game much more interesting!!!!!! Please if I was a developer I would do it for you

Because Riot already (mostly) ignores 3 of the 4 maps we currently have. Given the abysmal level of support the existing non-SR maps have, adding more would likely worsen the problem.
Are they really that hard to create and implement?
Yes. Even map skins take some effort due to needing to choose the correct color palette to maximize gameplay visibility.
