I just finished a game of the new SR, looks amazing, love it. However, as soon as I got into lane, my FPS nosedived down to 3 fps. Literally 3. I set every graphics setting to low which helped a little, but in teamfights I got slammed with another 3-4 FPS. I ended up feeding due to this. Felt like crap afterwards. Anyone else have this problem? What do you think is the problem?

CrazedPorcupine1 votesI think it's actually an issue with newer graphics cards. I'm using an old 4 year old graphics card on my gaming laptop and I haven't had any issues with the FPS, generally with 45-60 in all situations, only hiccuping during packet loss (but that's actual game stuttering)
My current specs (4 year old laptop remember that) AMD Phenom(tm) II N830 triple core Processor 2.10 GHz 4.00 GB of installed RAM 64 bit Operating System AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 (Graphics Card)

I think the problem is you bought there bull that low to medium machines weren't going to be affected by a major graphical overhaul.

No bull to it, just a glitch. My friend plays on a 6 year old desktop that gets 30 fps on league with medium-low settings and with the exact same settings his fps dropped 2 fps at times but that was the most.
MotherChurch1 votesI went from 60-80 FPS on high settings on the old map to 30 on the newly updated one. Really pissed about it because I think the new map looks terrible (much prefer the old one).
