Ranked 3's Placement

So I recently played through 5 placement games on TT ranked, I am plat 5 one of my friends is Plat3 and the other is silver 1. We won all 5 games and got placed in silver 3. Last time we tried it I was still in silver and the guy currently in silver was bronze 1. We went 4 out 5 when played placements that time and got placed silver 1. Anyone have any idea wth is going on?

It bases it off of TT MMR, not solo queue. Every win on a TT team will increase your own person TT ranked MMR, and its the average of all 3 ppl on the teams MMR that determines placement.
