No Runes or Masteries Gamemode

A game mode where it simply removes the bonuses of rune pages. I believe this would allow some people who don't spend too much on runes try out champions for extended periods of time without having to have a dedicated rune page to that champion. This should at least be tested. Please comment about your thoughts or changes. Post your negative, neutral or supportive responses. I will try to reply my thoughts as well.
