Summoner Icon Idea

Riot would it be possible to have it so if you play so many games with a certain champion you can unlock a summoner icon of them (similar to the ones in Leddit 2.0) where we can use in the LoL client and forums?

Example: Play 100 games with Lulu your get a summoner icon of her like this >
