A way to better balance Ranked matches...

Riot - Please add a mechanic that would close a ranked game as a draw under the following situation. 1 - when a player leaves, whether they dc or afk or rage quit, a timer would start of between 3 -5 minutes. 2 - if that player does not reconnect by the end of that timer, the game would be ended as a draw wherein no one wins or loses, no points won or lost 3 - i know that you currently have a mechanic that notices when someone goes afk, and you have one that knows when someone has dc'd or left the game ... so it should be relatively simple to add a time and close the game so people on the offenders team and not negatively effected.

i had 3 ranked matches on 2/27 where 1 player on my team left in the 1st 5 minutes... in speaking with several friends and other players, i have found that this is happening often. i understand that you are banning these offenders.... but what about those of us they screwed over!
