For example, there are 5 champions in an arena, and its 1v1v1v1v1. You start at level 18 with 15000 gold, and fight to the bitter end, if you die, you're out. The last man standing wins 100 ip points, 2nd place 75 ip points, and 3rd place 50 ip points.
i actually love this idea except for a few things some champions would be totally effing broken in this for example darus, garen, fiora, ekko, leblanc, maybe mordekaiser, riven, karthus(if they disable base platform regen) warwick, fizz, vladimir and finally vayne are some of the people who would make this a nightmare imo.
While this sounds fun, duelist would reign supreme, as would some juggernauts. maybe 10 people with versus2.
Only champions you would see picked in that mode 
Would be the same exact problem with ARAM where some champions are blatantly overpowered and others are completely unplayable, but at least ARAM is "random".
Same reason they don't keep URF mode. It's supposed to promote crazy experimentation but after a few days the playerbase just sucks the fun out of the mode by spamming the same broken champs over and over again 
and champion picks boil down to which one of these wasn't banned out.
