A cleaner champ select

To be honest, I hate being forced to dodge a game because someone instalocks a role thinking that it is ok to troll you. Recently I am forced to dodge 2-3 games a day due to this and I lose LP for what; Not wanting to lose 14, 20, 25 LP because ADCarry sounds like a fun idea? What I propose is that riot makes a vote system. This vote should be like the surrender vote. 4-1 and that player is kicked from the matchmaking lobby for 5 minutes and nobody will have to suffer 20-50 minutes of time wasted. Another thought is that if a player is constantly voted off the island, he should suffer an LP loss in order to make that player not want to troll and or hold a room hostage.

Something else that you can do to help improve a players chances of having a game with no trolls is to make it so that in the case the player is in a duo, the vote to kick him out will only need to be 3-2 in order to deny troll players the chance of staying in simply because of one vote. Now, I know a few players who can play / bot lane and just flat out dominate, so you should make it so that when you select a champion, it shows the win/loss percentage in order to either increase a persons chances of getting the role and champ they want, and also give the team the hope needed to allow them to do so.

Last two things I have in mind would be to allow Champ select logs to be recorded as well, in order to get people who say; "Top or feed!", or "Top Only", to be properly punished, for they will 80% of the time troll pick and make everyone else suffer, or that team will have to give in to their demands in order to fulfill their own selfish desires. (I too, have done this and I am not blameless. I admit to that and I was an immature jack@)8 and I apologize.) The other idea is to have games recorded in order to see if a player is truly trolling, or just bad overall. I would guarantee that people will have a second thought about aft farming, aft jungling, towerdiving all game giving up kills, or circling the fountain. They get hit with leaver-buster and call it a day. (AFT Away From Team: as in refusing to group up, will not defend base and will split push no matter what else is going on that would call a normal player to be with his team.)

Now, I know what I am proposing is not a 100% fix-all, be-all, end-all system, however comma It will definitely improve the game as far as champ select goes, and more and more players would appreciate the chance to nip the problem in the bud.

Riot please consider what I have wrote, and you guys out there, upvote the bajesus out of this so that they will take notice.
