Team Builder for Solo/Duo Ranked Play?

I recently starting using Team Builder to play Summoner's Rift. For quite a while I had stopped playing SR and played Aram only. I was frustrated with the never ending litany of players squabbling in the champ selection screen about which role and champs they would play. I'm enjoying SR again because of Team Builder. I started dipped my toes into Solo Ranked play and ended up with the same bad taste in my mouth because of the squabbling inherent in SR Normal mode. I'd love to see Team Builder available for Solo/Duo Ranked play.
