PBE - Summoner's Rift VU Bug Report

Our purple-side blue buff was being stolen by Skarner in a normal blind pick match. Maokai and I went to check it. As we saw him, Skarner quickly Smited it and ran off. The buff was completely cleared, but the symbol on the map for the buff remained. The icon remained on the map until about 5 minutes later. This bug needs to be fixed.
