"announce msg" for the ranked team captain

Hi, It would be nice to have announce a message feature for ranked team captain. For example if captain wants to schedule a match, he should be able to broadcast the match timing to fellow team members even if they are offline. Once scheduled, every member then can be available at the said time to play team-match. I found it difficult to get all 5 members online together to play ranked.
