So I like to play ARAM to wind down, and most people consider it the "fun" game mode. However, I'm seeing a lot of people leave to lobby in the last 5-10 seconds, and I think the main reason is trolling or being a bitch about the team comp. That is why I'm suggesting a 2 day ban for anyone who dodges in the last 20 seconds in ARAM queue. Anyone else agree?

No sorry. I play a lot of aram and when I have a champion I really dislike or yes a entire team comp that is just going to waste the next 30+ minutes of my time, I will just instead dodge and log on my second account and play a game there.

Even ranked doesn't have a 2 day ban penalty for a single dodge. That's a bit over the top.

This approach would remove the primary reason for ARAM dodging. If people can't handle being given champs they don't like, they probably shouldn't be playing a random mode.
I honestly feel you but no a 2 day ban is no good. There is always the chance it was a technical problem, an emergency or even close enough to one we can all accept(diarrhea anyone?).
I agree though that dodging in aram is really annoying. It defeats the purpose of random. I generally feel that a steeper penalty is needed but it actually seems to me to have gotten better recently(less dodging).
