it would be great if you can choose like:
1.starting level
2.starting gold
3.amount of minions per wave
4.cooldowns (up to 100%)
5.map skins
6. when jungle creeps spawn
7. changing models and even champs in game (even like Baron nashor or wilemaw)
I would love to see this. One of the only reasons I play custom is when me and my friends want to mess around. (Like having wired builds or trying out ideas, or simply to have fun)
You basically want a RTS map making tool. I guess you would be better of downloading Starcraft.
