Tower weakness TT

I know I'm not the only one who has noticed this lately. The towers in Twisted Treeline have become super weak and easy to destroy. It only takes like 4 auto attacks at lvl8 to destroy them and the minions are taking them out easily also. Can some one please explain why and possibly fix?????

Minions debuff towers, and TT towers haven't been buffed to SR standards. If there's a minion nearby, towers take over true damage cause their armor is negative.
