Team Builder Role Incentive Program

Okay, so after spending no kidding, 20 minutes in team builder waiting for a support, an idea occurred to me. Why not add an IP bonus to to the roles most needed by captains in team builder? I think this would help give incentive to players to play roles outside of their comfort zone and make wait times shorter for everyone. Any thoughts?
