One thing that i want to do is to be able to customize more options in custome games. I want to be able to change the level you start with, what amount of gold you start with and even stats. This would be so fun!

Well you see. Riot likes to not have fun in the game league of legends.

But that is a pretty amazing concept. Making everyones health 1 and play all ezreals with 100% cooldowns.

that's Sandbox mode

riot said that they wont make sandbox mode.
