I won 3 games of Hexakill. I did not receive my icon.

Wait a bit.
It's a problem a lot of us have run into (mine it's been over 24 hours and still nothing)
Having to wait up to several days or even the end of the event is not uncommon. If you did the games, you will get it, even if you have to send in a support ticket after the event.
I haven't got mine yet, but with event's like this you will usually get it within a week.
