I recently got banned from LOL play because I took too long to choose an enemy champ. Riot needs to equip this mode in the future with an auto select when the timer runs out. Why should people get banned because of poor programming by riot?
They used to have a Random Champ selected for you (in all modes). The problem is, if you can't choose a champ in the time allotted then you probably don't really want to play (most often they would queue and walk away from the computer).
It's better for the lobby to disband (and a dodge/leaver penalty dealt) than to start the game with the possibility of a player never actually joining the game (or in some cases, leaving because they didn't like their random Champ).
