A Fan Service "Throwback" Game Mode

Hello, everyone.

I started playing League of Legends around this time last year. I'll admit, I still have plenty to learn about the current edition of the game. However, I have multiple friends that are hardened veterans from League's infant days. From them, I've heard stories of instant-pentakill AP Master Yi, the dark reign of an unbalanced Kassadin, and the "every Vayne's worst nightmare" triple-q Rengar. I want to know what it was like to play League before my era. There are some trace videos throughout the internet that reveal a bit of League's past, but I want more.

Here is my request: A gamemode (PvP, custom matches, or both) in which many older champions are returned to their released state. Almost EVERYONE will be overpowered and as game-breaking as imaginable. It would play out similar to URF mode, and we all know how successful URF was. It would be really fun.

Everything could be done on game development's end with all the changes being made by Riot Staff. Pre-set champion models like the return of AP Master Yi, pre-rework Nasus, and Olaf before he was...well... Olaf'd could all be included along with many more. Because Riot personnel would directly control champion stats, this template of the proposed game mode could be taken live.

Another possible option would give more power in the hands of the players, but would limit the experience to customs games. In this model, players are able to take the past and present champion builds and play around with them to their hearts' content. Instead of adding AP Yi back in the game, (I apologize for constantly referring to that specific example) players could simply add an AP ratio to his Q. Also in this model, old champion and ability passives could be cycled through. Cassiopeia would be a prime example of mixing and matching passives with abilities. Former game-breaking bug fixes could be brought back by checking a box. Ie: "Enable Rengar Triple Q: Yes or No?" The possibilities are endless.

I just wanted to get this out there before I lost the idea. The main goal of this project would be to give the veteran players a "blast from the past" while also giving newer players like myself a picture of how much this game has developed over the years. It has a lot of potential to be something great.
