Insane lag issues but ONLY on SR.

Ever since the last big update bringing the new hud to Summoner's Rift and a few champ changes, I've been having horrible lagging issues on SR, but ONLY SR. In many cases there are other players on either teams who have been having this same issue, but never all of us.

I live in Florida and play on the East Coast servers, I'm not sure if this is an East Coast server problem or what but it is getting extremely annoying. Every single SR game whether it's team builder, draft, blind, ranked, or the new temporary game mode, lags uncontrollably throughout the game. I will be playing normally, everything is fine, and all of a sudden I go to kill a minion and it's health bar doesn't move, then I stop moving, but all the minions still move but don't die, and 5-10 seconds later they all jump to their should-be positions (including the enemy champ I'm facing) and I get damaged from abilities I didn't see, minions die, and everything continues. This happens ALL THE TIME throughout the game, the whole map freezes for me for 10 seconds and then everything that happened over that time happens all at once without me seeing any of it.

I have done every test possible to see if it was either my wi-fi, my computer, the client, EVERYTHING, (including lowering all graphic settings to their lowest possible setting) and have determined that it is ONLY the SR map. Every other map and every other game mode (as long as it's not on SR) works perfectly fine without a hitch anytime throughout the game. I'm not sure what is causing it to be this way but PLEASE fix it soon, it is ruining the game and making it impossible to play normal 5v5 or ranked, please fix.
