Day's and Night's

To complete the awesome and mysterious look for summoners rift it would be nice if league could have in-game days and nights, visibility shrinking at night and it even opens up things for a new character based on day and night mechanics. Please take time to consider this option, it may be a thing in other mobas but it couldn't hurt to add it to league to spice things up a bit.
