Bots in Normal Games

So today i tried to do 3 arams and 1 Twisted Treeline, as the title says in all 4 games there we bots both on my team and on enemy team. How do i know? : They were just going for towers half of the game dieing rushing alone in 1v5. In the twisted treeline lee/aniv would just come to me w/o hitting me and giving a free kill w/o running back.
