capture the flag

we should have a capture the flag mode in the summoner rift.

1. the first flag will be in the middle of the rift
2. teams that take the flag to their base scores a point
3. the flag will spawn at different locations and will not be seen on the mini map
4. with a little plot twist, some flags will only appear after a certain objective is taken play till the maximum of 5 points
5. it should be draft mode
6. are disabled
7. champ with vision abilities are disable in this game mode for example and etc.
