bugs + question

When using the pings on buffs, it displayed a random line of text rather than their names. Also, I can't hover over any of the monsters to see the little box with detail on it. Not sure if I have turned if off by mistake, if I did turn it off, can someone tell me how to fix it? If not, I found another bug. :D
