Can we get dominion going on LAN?

Hi, I love the game mode dominion on na, but recently the ping for east coast hasn't been too well. So, I have created an account on the LAN server seeing as I get very low ping there. Well, there isn't really anything on the LAN server except Summoners Rift. Is there any way to bring dominion over too?

not enough players

they alrdy tested it for a weekend and it was like 5min queue for a dom game
