Ionia Event?
I was thinking something similar to bilgewater event, also there could a battle between

as part of the story!

That certainly might be the core of an event focused on Ionia.
I love Ionia and its my favorite place in the lore, but my main is from Ionia(Yasuo) and I don't want him gone for any amount of time. But I had an idea for a Bandle City one, in witch Teemo turns evil and joins veigar and kills of 90% of the yordles, and only a crazy old flying ace can stop him.
But along with it a complete dominion rework skarner dosnt even come from crystal scar anymore the place is obsolete.
