Mastery Level 2 Requirement On a Champion Before Playing Them in Ranked?

You should know the champion before taking them into ranked. Having a "FRIST TIEM BARUM" who proudly proclaims it in all chat is not very encouraging.

Nope, I haven't played thresh that much this season but over 300 games last season. Why shouldn't I be allowed to play him? I get stuck with adc but don't have an adc at two mastered... So I play ap? Just no

You should be required to win at least $20,000 at LCS tournies before being allowed into ranked.

Only the top nine players in the world should be allowed in ranked.
