Interactive Map of the new SR - Awesome, but where is the Scuttle Crab???

Hello,

First off I'd like to say congrats on the Interactive SR map Riot guys and gals, you've managed to HYPE us up even more :)

But... WHERE IS THE SCUTTLE CRAB??? No mention of it and no sight of it anywhere on the River. Why isn't it there? Will it not be present for Live? Is it still being decided? I thought it was a confirmed thing already. Or was its omission somehow deliberate?
