Suggestion: Role switching in Teambuilder

Personally, I'd love to get thoughts on adding a feature to teambuilder to allow team-approved switches in the pregame screen.

For example, say a player queues as a top-laner, but is willing to go support once on a team to shorten queue time. Player chooses a new champ/role, then the proposed switch is shown to all players in the lobby. If approved by the majority of the team, the role/champ is switched.
