When is it coming out? Im sorry if this thread gets made so many times, I'm just so excited. When it comes out is it also coming out at the same time as the new jungle items and etc? Is it sometime this october? Early november? New years? I can't wait! It's so awesome looking.. hopefully it doesn't get boring so fast :D

I like it. They need to do winter rift, or I will be forever depressed.
Also, no one uses the "boards" thing. Why they changed them from the forums (which were amazing) I'll never know. 
Summoner's Rift Update is not yet feature-complete. They will release it when it's ready as a high-quality map, because Summoner's Rift defines the game. Yes, we're all eager to play the new map, but I'd rather have it when they're ready rather than releasing early and then having 20 hotfixes because the game is broken for us.
That said, on PBE right now there are different testing schedules for "Summoner's Rift Update" and "Summoner's Rift Update + Pre-season changes". To me this says that they intend to keep those two separated, so that one can be released before the other. For this reason, I'd guess that the secret plan is to release it before Season 5 starts.
most likely mid-November (when preseason 5 starts)
