team builder

I want to know why is team builder only for lvl 25... It takes forever to get there and i keep queuing into games that i cant play the champion/role i want because everyone one, excuse me the expression "shotgun" them before me. I've done couple games now playing in a way i don't like and don't want to. I putted a lot of money and time into the game, i really wish you change that because it could be alot better that way. Oh and i forgot to say, when that happen,( i mean playing role and champions i dont want to ) it changes the hype and mood of the team members because somehow things throughout the game dont go as planned so i get yelled at for something that is not my fault ! Thats really frustrating to be called alot of names when your suppose to play well with champions you know/like. I understand that it is done that way for me to learn other champions but i have seen my brother play alot and i have made my choice on wich ones i will play. I cant see why this could be a problem to put it at like lvl 10 or something. Thank you for reading and please fix this ! :D
