Consistent rule for summoner spells, runes and masteries in Team Builder
On many occasions i've had to play a game with a smiteless jungler. The problem is that when you enter teambuilder and select a champion it defaults your summoner spells to THE LAST ONES USED IN A GAME but it defaults your runes and masteries to THE LAST ONES PICKED IN A TEAMBUILDER LOBBY. So when someone forms a lobby then quits and reforms it, for example, they retain runes/masteries but not summoner spells previously selected. This seems like it would be a very simple thing to change in the code, simply use the same rule for all three. Its basic logic Riot, i don't know why this has gone so long without correction
