Sr new shop keepers

I have noticed that along with the current in progress update for Summoner's Rift, that Riot has replaced the current shop keeper, (called grandpa by some and i am not sure of what everyone calls him as different places around the world will have different names for him) with two new people and so my question is will these shop keepers be similar to the ones that are in The Howling Abyss where they have interactions with the champions and even more so with certain champions. Will they have their own unique animations. And if this has not been implemented i think that it should be because, I believe that it will add a certain atmosphere to the game. I am asking this because, in the Q&A video that I have seen no one talked about this and I believe that this is something that should be addressed mostly because, some people might be more attuned to the little details of the map for example the people that are looking for Easter eggs within the map its self.
