These stupid snowballs... Ruined ARAM. ARAM was a player made idea for All Random All Mid, nothing more nothing less. now you add some BS snowballs with 20 cooldown? This is the first time i have been upset about an update. ARAM is the mode i play when i want a short fun game.
I hope this gets taken out, it is awful.. I mean scaling true damage too? come on.
Completely ruined aram. Some people like it? Fine, make ARAM CLASSIC and ARAM SNOWBALL available please.
Essentially the only people against this are ARAM-exclusive players because they have ARAM-only accounts with all range poke. You used to be able to roll the unfortunate melee champs without a challenge. Now you have to buy an actual variety of champs.
No doubt the damage and cooldown of snowballs with be decreased/increased. This is obvious.
Oh, I'm sorry, does the precious poke comp you randomly got now have counterplay? How horrible for melee champs to have a chance.

Cry me a river. This is the best thing that happened to aram. As a previous aram player (and will return to be), it got pretty boring to see the same ranged poke champions over and over (because once you get a certain amount of aram games/winrate, you usually see people with only good aram champs and they use rerolls for when they get a free week champ that is bad). They were so superior to melee champs that when people had multiple melee champs (without good gapclosers) in their team they just dodged resulting in even more boring poke champs.
Legends of the poro king was the best funmode IMO because it made ARAM more balanced. I'm happy that we now have a more balanced ARAM permanently. Yes, there are still God tier picks, but not as many and not an as overwhelming difference between the good and the bad champs as before.
Snowballs are the most retarded thing, and pretty much ruined aram.
Anyone who downvotes this is pretty much a bronze (most of the community so whatever).
All I've been seeing is bronzes/silvers spamming snowballs and thinking they're prozors.
Triple the CD, leave it in.
Love it. Great spell, range, CD everything. Great adaption to a game that was otherwise many times frustrating to play as certain characters. Very good update imo.
I love the addition and think the range is fine too, only thing I'd change is the cooldown. I think it could be a bit longer.
I think if they kept mark but gave it about 1/5th the range it has now would be solid.
Yeah, because it's unreasonable to give melee champs some kind of an answer to ridiculous amounts of poke damage, in a gamemode that favors heavy siege. Give your head a shake dude.
Needs a 60 second cooldown because currently it's the only viable option and tanky bruisers with PBAoE are currently ruling the game mode.
Otherwise I like it.
I am against this change. It made the game a lot more stressful to be dodging everything or even to use it every time it comes up. A lot better than Ignite. It's a fun ability in Poro mode - but it is really bad in ARAM mode.
I like it, but agree that the CD could be a little higher and the range a little lower.
As someone that owns all the champs I like the idea of the spell... But, there are some big issues. Range needs reduced on both the projectile and dash 10-15% reduction would likely do the trick. The cd would be reasonable at 80-120 sec. its just too abuseable as is. Mobility is powerful and that much of it makes me question how it was allowed past QA in its current state...
Its fun and offers champs some hope of having an interesting game but... well you get the point. Tuning is required.
As for aram only account, yes they exist they annoy me. I would like to see a aram queue for those who have ~90% of champs unlocked. Though this is unlikely as riot generally takes a stance on keeping mode restrictions to the minimum and the number of accounts that have that many champs unlocked are in the minority i am quite sure.
Literally got a pentakill 3rd aram game with a melee with these snowballs...
