East coast player, Xfer to LAN for better ping, WTF is Draft mode and where is dominion!?

This is ridiculous. Riot, you offer me a free transfer to LAN server because you know that the ping is a serious issue for some of us east coast players. So the "temporary" solution is for us to play on LAN. I would GLADLY appreciate it if you would advertise that the server is not fully complete like the na or eu servers because half the game modes are missing. I don't understand how it is so difficult for these game modes to be added to the server, this is quite unfair.

Warning to east coast players who are thinking about xfering, if you don't care about these game modes and being called a "gringo" every other game just because you spoke in english, the ping is great!

there should be something said when transferring since it's not something you would even think to worry about, but some servers don't have some modes because of low play. as for being called gringo, it's just like huehuehuehuehuehue spam (at least before the Brazil server was a thing). you're playing with people who primarily speak a different language and they will want/expect their teammates to speak it too.
