i believe their should be a day to night feature in visual affects were we start its morning and around 30 mins it gets darker and so on so on it will be really cool to me

It might need a bit of tweaking to make sure it doesn't interfere with gameplay and cause distractions, because the new SR is designed to maintain clarity, so a distracting day/night cycle may or may not work xD
C'mon, do we really need more DoTA in our League?
But seriously there's no reason to enable a feature like that, it would allow for new champion creation, but we don't have anyone like that right now, so the day/night cycle would be useless.
