How to fix team builder UPVOTE etc

Team Builder is a great concept, but it is EXTREMELY under used because it takes forever. Most players will agree on this, the problem is that you wait FOREVER for one role to be filled. The problem team builder is trying to solve are unbalanced teams creating a bad experience. The VERY SIMPLE solution to make team build successful is allowing people to select PRIMARY, SECONDARY, and even TERTIARY roles. I could start a team builder saying PRIMARY Top, SECONDARY Jungle, TERTIARY Support. Please upvote and comment so they pay attention to this concept as I e-mailed it and they just blew me off

I'm not quite sure what the benefit of this would be. If the intent was to minimize queue times and you queued for top/jungle/support it would always make you a support (at least with the current relative popularity of roles).

If you queue as anything other than top/mid you generally get placed near-instantly, except maybe at very high MMR. This doesn't fix people not queueing as support.
