the real question. what idiot would buy 6 sword of the occults at lvl 1 and be really weak? when they could have 6 actual AD items?

I was gonna say, yeah walk into lane and get oneshot by everything, but if everybody built half resists half damage (At least at the start) I could see how this could potentially work and be a lot of fun.
This seems to favor late-game champs and hyper carries.
I don't think it'd be quite as crazy as it sounds. Even if you're starting with level 1 health, it won't matter if you bought a ton of tank items to give you 3k health. It would only make carries easier to kill at early levels, though not like it would be that tough even if everyone just started at 18.

Yeah I could see a good number of champions being permabanned from this game mode. However it could have some really fun moments.
so i herd u liek lazors (the hexcore might take a while to ramp up but whatever, eventual 168 ap)
smite has this kind of game mode appear every once in a while but i would go full ap akali

If everyone was lvl 1, then wouldn't the first skill they lvl be the most important for early game (biggest factor this game mode).

i love this idea…. feeding wouldn't matter so little toxicity …although i think this should be a option in custom if not a game mode, like the creator of the map can select infinite gold or not :D would be cool
