Simply, It's just a mode, where you can cast spells with unlimited range, and skillshots fly until they reach end of map. What do you think about it? I know, some champions will be OP, but... It will be fun anyway, URF wasn't also balanced and it was fun, so.
Everyone would just bitch like they did during URF but i think it would be fun. Also how would point and click champions work in this game?
so I can push everyone to edge of map with Janna ult?
This is nice and all, but point and click abilities, how do they work? I'd imagine people getting very annoyed by finding themselves feared and tethered by 
without being able to retaliate. They'd just have to sit there and die.
Ehh... Basically I can play Maokai
and toss a Sapling across the entire map with this Mode, which would be FREAKING AWESOME, but it may not be fun overall because there are Champions with spells that have limited ranges for a reason.
