Yorick in URF
So I know there's no way to balance every champion for every game mode, but I really feel like The Gravedigger could use a little extra love when it came to this year's URF fun. While champions like Teemo and Maokai have had their abilities that result in large quantities of damaging entities capped, the fact remains that Yorick is still constrained to a single copy of each of his Omen ghouls. While spamming them nonstop without fear of running out of mana is a wonderful feeling to anyone whose ever played him, the fact remains that his kit is woefully unimpressive compared to most every other champion's, with his lack of hard CC or any sort of inherent craziness associated with spamming his moves.
Let's start with his bread and butter skills that would see any sort of spamming: his W and E. With the addition of this year's heal embargo, the health stolen from his E is largely negligible until a few levels have been pumped into it, which in and of itself is fine, but the main problem arises from how short the cooldown is in relation to the ghouls' max duration. At max level with the 80% cooldown, Omen of Famine has a 1.2 second cooldown, and Omen of Pestilence has a 2.4 second cooldown. By URF standards, these are pretty standard, but the problem comes from the fact that there can still only be one ghoul of each time active at once. So even though you can spam your omens on an enemy champion, they'll maybe get one autoattack in before you'll be casting the spell again, depriving Yorick of any kind of fun or craziness that this mode is supposed to give.
In this game mode where building mana is a terrible idea compared to the massive AP and AD builds, Yorick just lacks any sort of real presence outside of a spammable slow and self-heal with damage that do mediocre damage at best when compared to almost every other champion, both of which put him in-range to get destroyed by any sort of hard CC or burst, while the self-heal reduction leaves him unable to recuperate any of it.
For this reason, I'd like to suggest that either his 1 ghoul at a time rule be removed for the event, or the ranges on his abilities be jacked up to give him a fighting chance.
