New SR update going to bring jungle item changes?

Right now, we have the items being based off the wraith, lizard, and golem camps in the jungle. But with the new summoner's rift update, the wraith camp looks more like birds than it does wraiths, and the lizard camp does not look like a lizard too much. As well, the icon for the wraith item shows a hood, the monsters that are replacing the wraiths have no hoods. Will there be any changes in terms of name of the item and the icons?
