I can't select Ranked Games

Hey guys first post.... anyways recently I haven't been able to play any ranked games because, well their just isnt the option to select ranked draft. I'm silver 2 and I have played ranked games before but now there isnt even the option to select Ranked Draft. Like its just not there pic related.

you see that diamond on the corner with the !. Yea riot turned off ranked mode because they were having issues with it

ranked is shut down for now because of the recall bugs, they plan on having them back up by tomorrow
