Jumgle monsters reaction to Champions

It has been said that the neutral monsters in the jungle will "react" to the summoners presence. Though this is an interesting concept and will probably look cool, I have one concern. Often when escaping a team fight gone bad or an ambush, players will ditch into a monster " habitat" and B. This affords an opportunity, if their pursuer is distracted, to return to base and talk smack about the poor situational awareness of their opponent. This becomes less likely if the bad guy comes around the bend to find every monster in the knock out staring at the poor 35 hp shlub tucked in the corner with the blue beam coming out of his head.....just sayin.
