Draft team builder.

Hi , what if we had a draft team builder? I thought about it and how would it basically work:

It starts by the player picking the role he desires but not the champion, after the matchmaker finds two teams with all 5 roles (adc , support , mid , junle , top ) the champion selection starts just like draft pick where you pick your champion then the enemy picks his champion or the other way around where you can see what champion they've picked and pick a counter or somthing like that. I know its not perfect but what if riot took this idea and added a little weaks and changes to it and made it actually work. please tell me what you think about it or if you have any additional ideas and if it wont work how and why? ^^
