Request to add an option to track Enemy Summoners

Not sure if it is in the right section, but from the description of all the sections this seemed to fit the most.

I was thinking if we could manually time enemy summoners. I am sure a lot have asked for this in the past, but with the new HUD I believe its easier to add than ever.

The best place to add it I believe is If you could press Tab, and then click manually on the enemy summoner once he she uses, and let it show the cooldown the same way it shows your allies summoner cool down.

As a support main, I feel it would help me as I can click and time enemies summoners easier as soon as I find they have been used and this would reward communication among the team more.

I know this would make the game easier, but it would work only if we manually click on it (it should calculate the cdr based on the enemies masteries though) and so it requires communication and effort. Anyways, with the red/blue buff and drag/baron timers included already on top, it feels that is the direction riot is going in anyways.
