Add Champion Mastery to 3v3 Ranked

Hello,

So me and my friends have recently made a ranked team and we've done a lot of ranked team games 3v3s which have better quality and effort then our regular normal 5v5s where you can receive champion mastery when 3v3s don't give any... Anyway, I believe that you should be able to acquire champion mastery points in any type of ranked game- Solo/Duo, Ranked Team 5s + 3s.

agreed, you should be able to get champion mastery for every mode except for bot/custom games
