We need build test mode?!

Dear Riot Games and League Of Legend players. this is my first suggestion to any typ of game board, i will try to keep it simple, why have you not made a build test mode, where u can buy things maybe for the bots and yourself (buying for the bots is needed due to know how much damage you can do to a lvl 18 with normal items, and not 4 doran rings etc, because lets be real, the bot ai is not the strong part of league of legends, they buy non essential things, maybe make so u can choose too start custom game and control the bot (pause bot movement for a while?) and your champion aswell. or just add an option in custom game where u can chose to start at lvl 18 with infinite gold, it should be simple enough considering how far youve come with the original game, its hard to try new builds against champs in normal games every time. i know im not alone in this matter ive talked to many and they thought that i should forward my talk as a suggestion to your boards. Love the game, keep up the good work. Please guys upvote this so that rito even has a chance to see this we really need something like this in my and others opinion
