Polite Questions for Riot

Why don't SoloQ players play in normals and ranked with the same courtesy and never-say-die attitude that ARAMers do? (Even Bronze 5 players will fight to the death in a 4v5 to win in ARAM. SoloQ? surrender@20 and let the rage unleash.)
Why can't we (who only play this game for FUN) have more PERMANENT game modes like URF and Nemesis?

we must be playing different ARAMs, I see tons of raging and complaining
even if they are "for fun" they have to be balanced, and there are already too many modes for riot to actually pay attention to

Because ARAM only takes 20 minutes. By the time you feel like surrendering, the game is already at least half over and you have another 10 to 15 at best. There is also much less stress involved, and everyone gets items faster.

In summoner's rift, if you think the game is going to be hell for another 40 minutes instead of just 15 it's A LOT more attractive to surrender.
